Thanks! I find this very useful as well, since I can log in an alt on a crappy laptop and bump orders or salvage/loot while I do other stuff on my main. Wouldn't be a problem to use it to mine either, as the engine is fully functional in space.

If you have bad performace running EVE on SM 2.0 on you card you may get better performace forcing SM 1.4 or even 1.1. Check this thread for how to use EVE with 3D Analyze. You can even run EVE on cards that don't support SM 2.0 at all.
